At Endurance Movement, we believe in utilising the latest scientific research regarding training principles and methods. We're here to empower people by educating them and helping them apply these principles to their training. Our founder Kate Luckin has a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Notre Dame (UNDA) and is currently undertaking research in strength training for long distance triathletes, specifically regarding performance and injury prevention. As well as being a passionate triathlete, Kate also teaches Exercise and Sport Science at UNDA. At Endurance Movement, we focus on incorporating strength training into endurance athletes' programmes with two key goals: to optimise performance and reduce injury occurrence.
At Endurance Movement, we don't just focus on athletes. We have are passionate about helping people on their health and fitness journeys, whatever their goal may be. We believe that exercise and training should make you feel strong, healthy and empowered and we work hard to help each of our clients feel this way.
