These sessions consist of strength exercises designed to target the specific muscle groups used in swimming, cycling and running. All of our strength & conditioning classes are based off the latest scientific literature and place an emphasis on performance for endurance events and injury prevention. The exercises completed vary from class to class, allowing athletes the opportunity to experience a range of strength exercises. For athletes who would prefer a personalised strength & conditioning programme tailored to their individual requirements, we offer a one on one assessment. All classes provide close athlete supervision, focusing on technique and load management.

Please note:
In advance of booking into the strength & conditioning classes, each client must have an initial strength & conditioning assessment with one of our physiotherapists. This enables us to fully assess each individual's ability, injury history and specific needs prior to entering the group class environment.

We allow approximately 45-55 minutes per class, which varies depending on the number of exercises, sets, reps and rest for each class.

Class numbers are limited to ensure close supervision, so please book in advance. If a class is fully booked, there is an option to join the waitlist and you will be contacted if a space becomes available. Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of the class start time to ensure that you are there for the exercise demonstration at the start of class. We kindly ask everyone to bring a gym towel with them, as the exercises can get tough!

- All strength and conditioning assessments and classes are run by a qualified physiotherapist with an assistant trainer.
- Discounted multi passes available.
