Running is one of the hardest exercises the body can endure, having to absorb up to three times your body weight on each leg with every stride you take. It’s no surprise that so many runners deal with injuries. Running injuries are multi-facetted, most commonly being a combination of training load errors, strength deficits and running mechanics.

At Endurance Movement our physiotherapists have extensive knowledge of the demands of running and experience in dealing with running related injuries, allowing us to comprehensively assess your running mechanics, training load, strength and movement to identify where your pain is originating and develop a plan to get you running injury free.

Whether you’re an experienced runner or just getting started, running competitively or just for enjoyment, we believe that everyone deserves the ability to run pain free. We’re experienced working with beginner runners all the way to elite marathon runners, with clients racing short track distances to ultrarunners competing over multi-stage events.

We allow up to1h15m for our running analysis sessions, during which you’ll receive a detailed musculoskeletal assessment including range of motion, strength and plyometric ability within our on site gym, as well as video analysis of your running.

If you’re looking to take your running to the next level, experiencing any running pain or coming back from injury, a running analysis session may be one of the best investments you can make.
