MEGAN SHINE

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science

Being an avid lover of sport and having a strong infatuation with how our bodies work meant that coupling physiotherapy with exercise and sports science as a double degree meant having the best of both worlds. My interest in sport has led me to compete at state and national levels for netball, athletics, outrigging, cross country and most recently triathlon. After completing my studies, I have prospered my love of helping others in both strength and conditioning and physiotherapy in a musculoskeletal setting with special interest in general injury management, chronic pain and sports physiotherapy.

I believe in encapsulating the whole person, their goals and expectations to provide the best quality care. I am passionate about educating and encouraging physical activity, especially empowering others to realise their potential and develop their confidence in strength training for both athletes and the general population for performance, injury management and quality of life.

When I am not working I will most likely be training, competing in triathlons, soaking up the sun with a good book, and being a social butterfly with family and friends.
