At Endurance Movement, we believe in translating research into practice, delivering the best possible outcomes to athletes and individuals.

We provide a holistic approach to patient treatment, empowering people through education and striving to provide the highest quality patient care for both physiotherapy and strength training for performance and injury prevention.

Our team is leading the way through research in the strength training and endurance field, investigating the effects of strength training on endurance athletes.

We specialise in incorporating strength training into endurance athletes' programs with two key goals: to optimise performance and reduce injury occurrence. 

We don't just focus on athletes - we are passionate about helping all individuals on their health and fitness journeys, whatever their goal may be. We believe that exercise should make you feel strong, healthy and empowered and we strive to help everyone who comes to Endurance Movement feel this way.

Tuesday 6:15am - 7pm
Wednesday 6:30am - 5pm
Thursday 3:30pm - 6:30pm
