12 WEEK WOMEN’S 10KM OR HALF MARATHON PROGRAM - $250

Starting on Monday 4th September 2023, our 12 week women’s 10km and half marathon programs lead in perfectly to the Fremantle Running Festival on Sunday 26th November! Even if you’re not planning on running at these events, these programs are a great opportunity to introduce some structure to your current training routine!

OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- 1x/ week coached group interval session (Thursday’s 5-6pm, Mount Henry Bridge Reserve, from 7th September - 23rd November)
- 3x/ week programmed self directed run sessions, scheduled through TrainingPeaks
- 2x/ week home based running specific strength & conditioning program (bodyweight or gym exercises)
- 1x pre-race seminar from Endurance Movement, with expert advice on training, race day planning and Q&A’s
- Advice and support from run coaches, physiotherapists and sport scientists

Whether you're wanting to run for fun, have never run before or you’re looking for a competitive edge, our women’s run group offers something for everyone.

The EM women’s run group is comprised of weekly sessions programmed by experienced physiotherapists and/or coaches, designed to improve your running confidence and fitness. You will be taken step by step through the session, tailoring each session to you according to your fitness level. Each session is comprised of running specific activation exercises, followed by a warm-up, a main set and a cool down.
