We recognise that many recreational and competitive athletes choose to schedule their own training, however sometimes it can be beneficial to have a sounding board and an external, objective outlook on your training. Our training load & injury management consultations are ideal for those who want to remain in control of their training, yet may be seeking some guidance, looking for objective feedback to develop and progress, or require help in managing injuries and niggles that come up in training.

Relevant topics that require consideration include training periodisation, acute and chronic training loads, sleep quality, nutrition, menstrual function, fatigue and injuries. We emphasise working within a multi-disciplinary team and when applicable, refer to specialists within the required field. These consultations will help guide your next block of training and can be scheduled as frequently as each individual requires, however in most instances we recommend one consultation per calendar month.
